I did it once when I was a kid (8-9 years old) and was never able to do it again since then. (Im almost 34 now) Regards, Hi! You're welcome. It's going to be different for everyone, but I can describe what I do before bed. It's important to first set your INTENTION for the lucidity. Also, make sure you have a place you would like to visit, people you would like to see, or situations you would like to be in. For me, I like to visualize being in nature. Keep focusing on that point in your minds eye as you drift into sleep. Do what you can to keep your consciousness as you go into the hypnogagic states.... This is normally the time where you will hear people yell your name and visualizations will be occurring behind your closed eyes. It's all about maintaining a conscious connection to your body. Before heading off to sleep, I ask for my spirit animals to guard my body while I travel, so that no nasty energies want to enter. I also bring animals with me for protection and guidance. Find what animals suit you or do some research into your Spirit Animal. I normally find myself in a portal... or tunnel. Similar to a vortex or hyperspace. I believe this is our etheric portal connection that all humans have that projects from the chest and the third eye, combined. I then will find myself in nature with my animal companions. I then find a hole in a ground or go to the largest tree.... that is when the magic happens. Nature is your friend while astral projecting! It's also the realm of the Shamans and they will guide you between worlds if you are ready. Just a note of caution: Make sure your in a clear, positive mental state before heading off to lucid dreaming. If you are harboring a lot of masculine energy you might end up with the archeons, negative entities, etc. that will want to attack you. It's no fun, trust me. It's taken me a year of nightly practice to not enter that realm (but sometimes I still do with the intention to help them and bring them to the other side). Anyway, please feel free to send me messages about this if you want to hear any more stories :) "You'll have to excuse me. I have a meeting with Cliff Huxtable at the Four Seasons in twenty minutes." I like your idea regarding asking protection from your spirits animals, I always had a very strong connection with animals in generals. They often come to me even if they stay away from 99% of people. (it’s the same for all types of animals, not just cats and dogs.) I also love nature so I think your technique will work well with me. And also, I’m always in a clear, positive mental state, I’m the type of guy that is happy with almost nothing. As long as I have the basic needs met (food, clothing, water and a roof over my head) I’m happy and I never complain. I know how to appreciate the smallest thing in life. Thanks again ! John |

Hmmm... I do manage to get lucid from time to time, but not anywhere near as often as I'd like. The problem is, I have a hard enough time falling asleep as it is, and any attempt to focus on this or that simply interferes with the falling asleep process. Instead of getting lucid dreams, I lie awake all night long and don't get a minute's sleep! Any advise would be much appreciated! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 50439443 United Kingdom 11/28/2013 01:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi Everyone! Wishing everyone a wonderful, blessed day :) Quoting: lsis I wanted to bring up a lucid dream I had last night. I practice lucid dreaming and astral projection every night (since I was young). Last night's dream was interesting. I was sitting with a young girl. About 15. Red hair and light yellow eyes. I remember her not being of Earthly origin. There was a separation of understanding between us. She was discussing how to break free of programming. It's so vague at this point so I can tell you what I remember that was most informative: I asked her about the Greys. She told me that they were "simply a projection of a monarch archetype." This interests me. I've had many, many experiences with the Greys.... Even a few channelings and psychic attacks.... but now I'm wondering if those experiences were a part of the illusion and were not in fact a part of the 5-D space that they supposedly inhabit and where I project to in the multi-verse. Maybe it was a part of the programming we are set to believe in this reality? I've been a product of mind control, as most of us were. It seems to make sense? Cheers and Love to All! :apple: Lucid dream tard |

Basically what you want to do is get yourself in a deep meditative state. Try doing some breathwork prior to sleeping to induce the relaxed state. Maybe even some Shamanic drumming on CD would help. You don't need to be going to sleep in order to Lucid Dream.... as you can do it while simply meditating and being in an altered state of consciousness. Good luck! "You'll have to excuse me. I did it once when I was a kid (8-9 years old) and was never able to do it again since then. (Im almost 34 now) Regards, I will look it up, thanks ! Good suggestion! Also, I like to take HTP-5, as it naturally creates serotonin in your brain. I sleep very well with it... and it is also a good mood booster :) A good diet and combination of vitamins and minerals will obviously help anything, especially one who is working with alchemy of spiritual advancement. In other words you are talking to yourself. Quoting: Nachos That may technically be true, but it's far more interesting in practice than you make it sound! Depends on the person. If you are boring chances are your brains creations will be boring too. |

This is good information helps set a stage for understanding the phenomenon of UFOs and altered conscious states. Quoting: lsis [link to www.youtube.com] LOVE McKenna <3 Looks interesting ! |
