the video cut out too soon though, i'd have liked to have seen more of the interaction between the "officer" and the cameraman. the cameraman could have been a second victim, depending on how that line of questioning played out.

As a poster stated earlier, the vid in fact is of an attempted homicide of an elderly person.

Can't wait for the day when you get pulled over for something and get your head slammed into the pavement so you can see what police brutality is like too.

I'm not gonna bother commenting on the woman that got slammed. But the cop that came over to harass the guy for recording the incident was FULL OF SHIT.

The OBVIOUS reason that he did this, was to stop the recording of the actions of the police. Not to (supposedly) protect the privacy of the DUI woman, as the cop pretended.

And then this bastard tries to intimidate the camera guy by demanding his name. This thug BS is REALLY getting old.

Just gotta LOVE how these cops tell you that they KNOW that something (like recording) is not against the law, but they are "asking" you not to do it. And then THREATENING you if you choose not to honor their "request".

I wonder how many THOUSANDS of people have ended up in jail, for not obeying a "request".

The police, globally it seems, have turned into a gutless rabble of sociopathic corporate enforcers.
That there, by any stretch of police policy is excessive use of force against a vulnerable person. I'd personally call it a serious assault that could very easily have killed her.

There's no evidence she was drunk, and even if she was, it is certainly no reason to slam her head into the ground like that. The sound is sickening.

I agree with previous poster in thread, "pre-crime" laws are fucking bullshit.

[It is not about me being a bad or good guy. But about an old drunk woman with bad energy placing people's lives in jeopardy and then she resists arrest as if she did nothing wrong.

You get what energy you put out in the world. It is not discriminatory of age. You are basing this all on feelings and an age, while I'm basing mine on science and actual real life experiences plus about 1,000 cops the TV show episodes to understand this as a fact of life.

While it is tragic that it got a bit brutal and it sucks the old lady had got thrown around, but in the end, our streets are a safer place because of the actions of these cops.

I didn't say they had the right to do that, but she got what she put out and no, I do not own a cat. I have learned a good ass beat down often fixes people's attitude problems. I have seen it time and time again in jail and prison. By the way, I'm allergic to cats and would rather they be wiped off the fawken planet.
