AN IDEA FOR SCREENWRITERS

i know that current Hollywood would never produce it, but heres an idea for a movie.

PLOT

Young boy, who is a victim of bullies at school, decides to call it a day and prepares for schoolshooting.
On the morning he arrives to school with his rifle, there´s a false-flag school shooting operation going on, where government funded psy-op unit are preparing a massacre.
Suddenly a boy is alone against professional killers from special forces.
