Obamacare Needs a Theme Song

You all know how it is with sitcoms (SITuation COMedies) that you watch on T.V. Every one of them has a Theme Song. In fact, you can be in the bathroom, and know what's on T.V. in the living room, just by the Theme Song.

Obamacare is thee biggest sitcom on the Earth at this time, but it's lacking a Theme Song.

And I'm quite sure that if Obamacare had its own "jingle" then it would be a huge success (ok, that's a lie).

I am torn apart between two songs that could represent Obamacare and be its theme song.
First option is REM's "It's The End of the World (as we know it)."

My second option, knowing what a looney tune Obama is, would be the song written in 1937, and went on to be the theme song for Looney Tunes cartoons, titled "The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down." Except in this case it would be "Obamacare broke down...."

What do YOU think? I mean, if Obama payed one billion dollars for the broken down "merry-go-round" known as Obamacare, then he might just pay TWO BILLION DOLLARS for the best theme song!!!
