useless
wash your hands a lot
avoid touching your eyes nose mouth
Limit personal contact
avoid touching highly used public fixtures (handrails, elevator buttons...)
Eat healthy
drink lots water
exercise even if its just walking
those 10 lines will save more lives than the previous 10 pages.

Oh, by the way you forgot the worst thing out there, not to touch, and that is the shopping carts. I may seem weird to some when I shop, but I always use a kleenex with sanitizer to wipe the cart handle before I touch it. Think about it.. they sneeze,blow their nose or cough and touch the cart.. ewwww and lets not even talk about money.
