MEGA MILLION MINUTIA

With the Mega Millions Jackpot at over half a Billion dollars it's hard to resist and that's the trap isn't it? To wish someone luck after they have purchased a ticket/s would be superstition now wouldn't it. If you are religious then you would probably say it's Satan's money anyway. And maybe that's why the winnings end up destroying many lives after it's all over. If so maybe God sometimes decides who wins and picks his candidate.

If you believe in pure science and probability then one should question whether a super computer crunches all the played numbers in the last half hour and once in a while they finally give in after they drive the pot value up for weeks knowing that as it grows more of us sheeples will play and spend. In the end if you take all, they get half of it back. Yeah I know the gubiment takes that. Sure they do. I bet a lot of hands skim off the top on the way to the IRS. What a great game where you control everything.

Here in Florida the machine is air fluffed Ping-Pong balls. Anyone ever question the individual weight of all the balls? They should have been weighed within a fraction of a gram of each other and what of the weight of the ink on each ball? Are the single digit numbered balls larger letters than the dual digit balls to equalize the weight of each ball? They could easily have a full lighter batch of each ball to load the hopper with the selected balls amongst the heavier balls and guarantee which balls end up in the tubes during that last half hour of dwell.

Anyway, as much as I would like to retire @ 55 like a good Greek would, I have never won shit at any number drawing of any kind in all of my life and I can accurately predict here on GLP that by 11:00 PM tonight I WILL NOT WIN THE MEGA MILLIONS JACKPOT and I played two tickets. Sick, Huh?
I actually hope that whoever wins it in the end is someone that really needs it a lot more than me because I have a job and go to work everyday to help support all the national bummage.
