I found jars of gourmet ginger paste at the dollar store and bought up a bunch. My ankles are no longer so swollen and bulbous and joints don't ache as much, it's anti-inflammatory. I like the taste too. sometimes I just eat a spoonful with some sugar on it and its great for your throat when you feel a cough coming on or sore throat.
