Quoting: ~Una~ I am planning on just having a restful time at home. Not going anywhere, not studying.. Just relaxing... I might even do some 3d sculpturing.. I have not had time to do anything like that all year with my uni studies. What are you planning on doing with your time? Are you spending it with family? Friends? On your own? I'll probably be on GLP. Enjoying the laughs had here. I remember being a pall-bearer for Orthodox Midnight Christmas Mass. Holding the candles for 3 to 4 hours, barely able to keep standing up. LoL A true test of faith for a 12-year old. LoL We always celebrated Kolede with a bonfire the night before (6th) at the church. The fire marshals always shut us down because nobody ever bothered to get a permit for it! Such is the life of non conforming Orthodox Christians. Do you do the chestnuts with Kolede too? My grandmother used to make us aprons and people would put candy and chestnuts inside them for us at the church. When you find a piece of shit along side the road and you poke it with a stick, what do you expect to find inside of it, gold? No, it's just going to stink more. |

Not everyone in the world is christian or believes in your christ. Not everyone in the world believes in mahommed or buddha either. Everyone is fully entitled to believe in whatever they chose to. I have no issues with that. This thread was never intended to be anything but a thread on what people were going to do over this holiday period. There was no ulterior motive on my part, despite what you may feel. It was genuinely meant. However as always people will believe and feel whatever it is that they wish to and that is their right. Hey OP. I informed you of the proper respectful use of the name Christ. You still disrespect us all by using the lower case. You are indeed a disrespectful troll. Were I a mod that would be your last ever post here on GODlikeproductions. Good thing you are not a mod then eh... ;) I shall continue to to spell things however I chose to. You also have options. You can chose not to post in here if you find me so disrespectful. You can chose how you wish to react to any situation. Your choice. No, I think I should be a mod. You have indeed 'walked into a Black Church and called us all Black Devils'. You are just to ignorant to comprehend the helpful hints we have given you. Go enjoy your atheist forums, you slow-witted Kiwi God-hater. Ad homenims noted as are the spelling errors. I see you are spreading your christian love.. nice. No one is forcing you to post here or to even read my thread. |

Just seeing the look on her face is all I want to remember. But other than that, my grandfather was actually a peculiar fellow. Oh that one doesn't sound so great. Your mum must have been terrified. I have a lot of respect for those who survived that time. What awful pain they must have gone through. My ex father in law was a dutch man who lived in an area that was captured by the germans during the war. He used to wake the household some nights with terrified screaming from some nightmare he was reliving from that time. I used to feel so badly for him. He was a real gentleman |
