The harmonics I am discussing are not music from a harmonica, asshole...it is subatomic harmonics which is the motion of dark matter. Nothing is "sheilded" from that. There is no such thing as harmonics from ionization you loser, read what I said and maybe with your fourth grade education you might get something new.

The ionization changes the particle make-up of the atmousphere allowing for a subatomic signal tuned to the frequencies of heavy metals, which "led" spelled Lead is not one.

It afects the internal transport barrier of the atoms, which is what regulates the absorption of neutrons.

I have heard about some experiments in fusion in France that adjusted the rate of Neutrons using Harmonic Resonance.

As part of a serious conversation of a serious issue, I want to point out that here are two classic styles of conversation occurring here. One is the scientific approach of the OP who is basically laying out some pretty good science, and discussing it. The other is the classic neo-paranoid folly of common people who fall for disinformationalisim posted originally by governement agents.

So... if the chemtrails (along with HAARP signals) neutralizes radioactivity, why are they dropping nasty chemicals?

Why are they (who?) preventing nukes but killing us with chemicals...? Would ariel spraying actually deter a nuclear attack?

Stan, it's not the Chemtrails themselves that prevent a Nuclear explosion. It is the Harmonic signals.

The Chemtrails are only there to facilitate the signals. Much the same as a telivision is just a recieving unit...it does not create the programs.

Or like electrical wires, they do not generate the electricity...

The chemtrails heve two processes...

One, they reviece a primary signal, which, when hitting the clouds, causes a reaction in the clouds that helps to alter the ionization of the area...it is the particles which when spread out are able to do this first step.

Once you have changes the ionization of the general area, the harmonic signals can then be recieved very well.

No if you were going to send a simple signal to an area...it might not matter what the p[articles were like, or for that matter the ionization, because you could build your own reciever and then you could get a signal from me on your reviever. But, in the case of heavy metals, in essence, they are the recievers already, and thus, we cannot create any reciever, we must actually create the signal just for them. Since what we are discussing is subatomic matter, it is the vibration which hits the heavy metals that is important. Now, in order to have a constant signal, or vibration, hitting every possible space in a given physical area, we must alter the atmouspheric conditions of that area so that the signal does not weaken or change.

If you can imagine, we send a radio signal to a radio...OK, easy...but what if the radio were already in existence, and we had to build a specific signal of a specific strength...covering a very wide area uniformly? The way we can do that with harmonic signals is to adjust the atmousphere in the area.

Step one, adjust the atmousphere.
Step two, adjust the ionization.
Step three, send the harmonic signal.
