Yes, chemtrails do prevent nuclear explosions...it is what they are for.

Chemtrails prevent RAIN! They've completely destroyed the Earth's natural weather patterns.

When Chemtrails are sprayed, the reason you see them is because the water condenses on the material...the water condensation can actually lead to rain.

Finally! now there is the right observation, the chemtrail is double. one leads (invisible) and lays a dark chemtrail, while the white chemtrail follows.
