For example, if I wanted to B.S. this, I would say that chemtrails are plutonium-eating nanites designed to destroy all nuclear weapons. Why is that better? It actually makes a little bit of sense.

If you really want to B.S. along the harmonics route, say they are altering the fine structure constant through Higgs field scintillation. You don't actually have to know what the Higgs field or fine structure constant is, but it helps if you throw in large words. Words like scintillation help a lot too. Now, if it works right the other guy won't know what the words you use mean either, and you can just make stuff up and they will believe you. And think you're smart solely because you use long words. See? Harmonics and neutrons just aren't long enough words for this to be really efficient.

So, your ideal chemtrails-stop-nukes bs sciencespeak post reads:

So I was talking to this evil guy yesterday who is part of the plot against me when we started discussing Chemtrails...and a very interesting thing occured to me, well, actually two very interesting things. One is that the government uses fear to intimidate researchers...they say dumb things like chmetrails are for population control, or that they are for mind control, or just poisons...does anyone realize that everyone is breathing this shit too?

But if the government agents tell you terrifying things then you may say to me what one aquantance said the other day " I am no longer an activist because I do not want to die..." As in from the governments hand. So he gives up because he hears scary stories...just stories people, nothing to fear.

Well, we can look up into the sky and see them doing this spraying shit, and we can study it, and we can interpert it, and if you are lucky enough, you can ask aliens about it, but in the end, what it means is that there are powerful mechanisms for making war that will change the battlefield totally.

Most likley our defense systems in the US will hold pretty well against a major nuclear attack...many of our defense satalights are sheilded from EMP stuff, as are many civilian satalights...

So maybe we will lose a few of our cities in the first few days, but most of them will just be powerless, starving hulks filled with millions of terrified people...

Fortunately the Americans are among the most civilized of all humans anywhere, so nothing is to fear really...

Which I think is quite a bit clear...it mentions in the abstarct Deutrium fusion neutron rates and a region of reduced transport rate...which clearly indicates to any fool anywhere that the possibility of altering the neurton flow into an atom can, and has been altered...

By the way, Deutrium is the stuff that they wrap around the Plutonium trigger in a modern Thermonuclear bomb.

A Nuclear bomb works by setting off a plutonium trigger which explodes the same as the Nagasaki bomb...it is called fission, and it generates enough heat to trigger a chain reaction of fusion in the Deutrium portion of the bomb...

Stage one, the primary charges set off a fission reaction

Stage two, the heat from the fission sets off a fusion reaction,

Fusion is the same energy as that of the sun and burns much more intense than a fission bomb alone.

Fusion will burn ALL of it's nuclear fuel, as opposed to Fisson which will only burn a very small percentage before the explosion itself stops the chain reaction by bolwing the nuclear fuel apart.

It all relys on the flow of Nuetrons into an atom and what then happens to the atom. Fission reactions are the breaking down of atoms sending Nuetron out...Fusion is the opposite. If you can affect the flow of Neutrons, you can control the reaction...you can make it easier or even impossible.

Obviously if they are spraying our skys as part of a defense system it is easily concievable that the military has achieved an advanced level of integration in the research to a fucnctional system which incorporates this system.

I think that a country can adjust it's sytem to control the enviornment for a moment if it needs to...I mean let's think about it for a minute...if a country has a defense system, they of course can turn it off.

Also the bomb blew underground...and I think that the difficulty of setting up a defense above ground is hard enough...the harmonic system probably does not go that deep.
