Hmmm .. Did you know that the plutonium or uranium is shielded from any harmonics of ionization anyways? Hello...it's coated with INCHES of led and other heavy metal.

Plus harmonics need a power source...you can't create vibrations of that magnitude with that vastness (from 25,000+ feet at that!) with just chemical reactions. It would take gigawatts of continuant to cover a tiny surface area.

The harmonic signal alters the rate of Neutron absorption...that changes the critical mass requirments for a bomb to explode...done right, you can make critical mass impossible to achieve, as the signals will increase as the mass increases, thus making Neutron absorption even less likly.
