WOW! I enjoyed it....remember the moments are precious even the "tough ones" you'll look back years later and realize that even as a child teethes for hours and cries and keeps you up all night, it was a special moment. I don’t know why I ever had a single frustrated second, but it happens from time to time.

Lots of young couples find themselves expecting when they were not intending to even be terribly serious. But now, given you have created a new life, it is serious. In fact it is the most serious thing a man or woman can do in this world.

And Charlie, many couples get started this way. A baby on the way, little or not money, and in need of help and support from friends and family.

Stand by her and your unborn child. The easy way is an abortion and I will guarantee you that it is something you will both come to regret in future years. Most women I know who have had abortions have lived with and suffered terrible guilt and regret for the rest of their lives. Some are even driven insane by it. You would be surprised at how many women terminate a pregnancy and fall into a depression that never gets any better and they must live with that guilt and the resultant depression the rest of their days. The guilt is not exclusive to women, only. Men can also be affected by it when it is their child that is being murdered for their own convenience.

Have the baby. Try to get on your feet and support them. There are great blessings for those who make the effort and succeed. If you cannot, then you must consider adoption, not abortion. It is the ONLY decent thing to do and even doing that will haunt you both for many years to come as you wonder how old your son or daughter is now? Or how they are growing? Or are they happy?

But still, it is easier to handle than murdering an unborn child. Trust me, it is not just a clump of cells as science would have you believe. Remember - THOU SHALT NOT KILL!! Do not go flying in the face of Gods Commandments!

Congratulations! May I recommend 'the Continuum Concept' as an outstanding book to read. My 12 and 18 year old were both raised loosely on its guiding principles (how children are raised in the Amazon). And neither of them went through the 'terrible 2's' and the 18 year old made it through without being an ass. Now we will see about the 12 year old! Also, make sure your GF gets plenty of EFA's...you can buy hemp seed in the US as far as I know.

Who the fuck just gets pregnant anymore? It's 2013-2014 there is birth control called nexplanon which is 99.99% effective add a condom and the odds are really in your favor.

Also, charliemurphy, use the public library. The books from the 70's are very good regarding natural childbirth. And there are tons of tips on how to raise a baby on a budget. You don't need a crib right away. Both of you read about breastfeeding, it is the healthiest for baby AND mom. And free.

She will need your moral support and encouragement to follow her own instincts. You will get in return the same from her.

Cherish each moment. Be in the present fully. Be ready for the most overwhelming feeling of love you could never imagine until you have your own flesh & blood.
