No. Its true. Its your dr that is misinformed.
Blood thinners are a toxic chemical. Many of which are derived from rat poison. By thining your blood in such a way they increase the resulting inflammation to stop the internal bleeding.

Statins lower cholesterol- keep in mind your brain is mostly cholesterol..... and cholesterol is the primary building block of certain hormones like testosterone.

Take a fish, keep it out of the fridge at 98.6 degrees for a few hours. Would you eat it? What makes anyone believe that rancid fish fat from a factory in China is good for you? Open up the capsule and taste it...... i am willing to bet you would not swallow it down.

Aspirin is actually good. It keeps blood cells from clumping. It is a know cancer fighter and boosts metabolism. Studies have shown that 1 full aspirin a day is better than statins in lowering cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing cellular energy.
---Do not swallow it whole. Chew it to avoid stomach issues.
It also depletes vitamin E and K. You need about 1-3 mg a day if you take aspirin. Vit K2(mk4) also increases testosterone by converting cholesterol.
K is actually more effective than CoQ10.
Niacin comes in many forms all sold as niacin but they are chemically different. The one you should be taking is niacinamide.

Inflammation is caused by several dozen different things. Try not to simplify or state definitive things in regards to health & bio. Maybe share some pubmed papers on your claim but more importantly why not share some natural remedies for Enterovirus. I'm not disagreeing with anything you said just that sharing information is why you are here right?

IMO the biggest cause of health problems in the world is being overweight. When you are overweight your entire body is suffering from Chronic Inflammation.

Control obesity to Control Inflammation but you can also Control Inflammation to control obesity; It's quite interesting. Most important takeaway however is if you Control Inflammation you can stay alive because inflammation leads to almost all disease.

I hope you are taking an broad rotation of antioxidants? Nothing above is healing your damaged cells, it's just allowing you to keep chugging for a while. You need to fix the damage too or it will never go away.

Don't use your doctor as your only source of information. They went to a school that taught people how to maintain sickness not to heal it. Nothing against him, it's all he knows... Maintenance.

To keep a muscle in top condition it must operate at or near the top of it's capacity.

Now look at the modern human being.

How much time in a day do you think the average human being spends at rest as opposed to in some form or aerobic activity, even as simple as walking?

Inactivity leads to the decay and atrophy of the heart. All the rest of the shit that goes along with that- from eating shitty food, to taking all kinds of drugs, to carrying around a couple of extra bowling balls worth of fat for an entire adult lifetime all adds to the problem.

It certainly isn't a high animal fat diet.

One last thing, take a huge variety of antioxidants on a rotation. Increase your Glutathione with either NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Whey Protein.

Glutathione allows antioxidants to do their work and if you have damage already you definitely need a boost of Glutathione.

You should spend a month learning all the varieties of antioxidants and potential sources.

It's like an old car that sits in garage for 30 years without running. Exercise is just as important for the body as sleep is.

Here's an interesting nugget of trivia, Cell Damage to the body during Stroke, Heart Attack etc... does not occur from lack of oxygen. The bulk of the damage happens when the cells are re-oxygenated.

I just did a quick search and accidentally found an article that showed this re-oxygenation damage can be prevented with simple antioxidants like vit C. Keep in mind the below study is not open source so I cannot see the amount used. It's an in the dish study invitro not an in the body study invivo so it's basically practically useless although interesting.

Simply going on a brisk walk daily will solve that issue, which 90% of people don't do.

We walk to the grocery store all the time in my house, it's great exercise with carrying the groceries back..

I go on a daily jog personally, gotta get that heart rate up daily.

I was told that in Japan, sucess of doctors are seen by the health of their patients. If they get ill, doctors have to treat them for free until they are fine.

No actually all the wheat and milk based foods is what's doing it.

Adults have a hard time processing lactose, and if you were C sectioned forget it, just avoid all together.

Bread actually is the number one killer, specifically wheat.

That's whats clogging us up, causing people to rack up pounds and all types of health issues as a result.
