Not true...had 2 heart attacks several years ago and i have been on blood thinners, aspirin, statins, niacin, fish oil. I asked my heart doctor about coQ10 and if i needed to take it since i saw the commercials about it and he said no was a waste of money...

You know why in an emergency you can take cayenne pepper to stop a heart attack? Because it expands your veins back to their normal size thus eliminating the needs for cholesterol blockers and blood thinners..
3 years ago I was having some serious high blood pressure issues and all they wanted me to take was some medication to control it..
Someone on here mentioned cayenne supplementation and my blood pressure normalized within 10 mins and I noticed the veins in my arms get much bigger, like double in size.. I was taking it every day now I only need to maintain one supplement every couple of days and its super cheap..

and if anyone is interested in cayenne, get the lowest heat you can with nothing else in it. They sometimes like to put garlic or ginger in with it.. Just get 20,000 btu or 40,000 .. Im on one now that is 100,000 btu and it causes some minor bowel issue once in awhile and only because I think its way too much btu.. I couldn't find a smaller size at the time.

Bloating would be bowel inflammation. I notice it after eating gluten foods like pasta or pizza. If you find a gluten free alternative pasta or dough, the bloating isn't there.

At least thats been my experience.

You can also have inflamed arteries/veins which would increase your blood pressure and maybe give you some chest pains. Its also a silent killer because most people don't know its happening unless they go to a doctor routinely.

Our bodies natural remedy to fight disease is to cause heat for some reason.. like in the case of a bad flu our temperature rises, thats the body trying to burn out/kill the virus/bacteria.. sometimes it kills us too right..

Inflammation is just the body trying to fix something.. The problem is it should only inflame for a few days then subside. I think the food/med companies are all in cahoots to poison the food to cause massive inflammation in people to simulate diseases that could easily be fixed by diet change and light exercise.
If they aren't in cahoots to kill us off and make us sicker it could be just cheaper to make gluten foods.. I don't really know, just speculation mostly.

Lots of misinformation in this thread.
Animal flesh and secretions do cause inflammation. Your diet should be no more than 5% animal products. A recent study showed that the diets of most Americans are 94% animal products and processed foods. It's no wonder people are getting sick and making money for doctors.
97% don't get enough fibre. Fibre comes from plants, which keeps your digestive system moving smoothly. Your diet should be mostly plants.
However you absolutely can be very healthy without eating any animal and only eating plants, as the recent documentary The Game Changers has shown.
98% of animal flesh now comes from animals tortured in factory farms and killed on converyor belts of death. It is not "living off the land" to eat meat nowadays.
Besides, industrialized animal agriculture is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transportation sector. It is the leading cause of wildlife habitat destruction. It poisons waterways with its effluent, most notably the Gulf of Mexico. Eating meat will soon be taxed because of its impact on the environment, like it or not.
There's really no reason to eat animals.

In fact, we should not fight acute inflammation with pharmaceuticals. Anti inflamatories stop that immune response.

It's your body making things back to normal, making your immune bodies to be directed where the problem is and fight it. Problem is the nutritional deficiencies most people have, weak immune systems, weak gut health, body cannot fight what went wrong. Then things get worse. See the snowball?

That could be it.. because something changed about 10 years ago.. I never had a gluten problem and could eat pasta or doughs with no problem. Then all of a sudden I am bloating up.. You're probably right.. How do we know whos using roundup? I've just had success in buying gluten free foods..

Yes gluten causes problems because the wheat of today it's not the same humanity used 5000 years ago for example. Modern wheat, modern fast fermentation allied with killers herbicides, has everything to go wrong!!! And I didn't even touch the GMO subject!

Get this, glyphosate is the only main ingredient you are allowed to know that's inside roundup. What they don't tell you is the worse.
Glyphosate is very bad, imagine what you don't know what's in there that in synergy with glyphosate makes it even worse.

Maybe share some pubmed papers on your claim but more importantly why not share some natural remedies for Enterovirus. IMO the biggest cause of health problems in the world is being overweight. When you are overweight your entire body is suffering from Chronic Inflammation.

Control obesity to Control Inflammation but you can also Control Inflammation to control obesity; It's quite interesting. Most important takeaway however is if you Control Inflammation you can stay alive because inflammation leads to almost all disease.

Great advice. I just started in the last week taking 1 teaspoon of olive oil with a capsule of turmeric and a dash of black pepper twice a day with very good results to reduce inflammation.

Lots of misinformation in this thread.
Animal flesh and secretions do cause inflammation. Your diet should be no more than 5% animal products. A recent study showed that the diets of most Americans are 94% animal products and processed foods. It's no wonder people are getting sick and making money for doctors.
97% don't get enough fibre. Fibre comes from plants, which keeps your digestive system moving smoothly. Your diet should be mostly plants.
However you absolutely can be very healthy without eating any animal and only eating plants, as the recent documentary The Game Changers has shown.
98% of animal flesh now comes from animals tortured in factory farms and killed on converyor belts of death. It is not "living off the land" to eat meat nowadays.
Besides, industrialized animal agriculture is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transportation sector. It is the leading cause of wildlife habitat destruction. It poisons waterways with its effluent, most notably the Gulf of Mexico. Eating meat will soon be taxed because of its impact on the environment, like it or not.
There's really no reason to eat animals.
