Atheist would tend to godhood, using genetics to enhance their biologic vessel to achieve eternal life, what they conceive as eternal life, this trend would be an obvious gate wide open to unexpected lab made monsters whose fate would be certainly to destroy their creator(s).

Many dictatorships weren't particularly brutal. All the Atheist regimes were genocidal, like Mao, Stalin, Kim, etc., killing 10's of millions of their own citizens. The eventual outcome of any Atheist regime.

Seems like the natural progression of an Atheistic society would lead to less to no individual rights or liberties.

Absolutely, as you can see by the tiny minority of them which demand that Christians keep their religion "private." I would imagine that a majority of them wouldn't demand they would force people to hide their faith.

I have nothing against the individual atheist, but as a group I fear their "religion" of intolerance.
