Tumeric : Changed my life (Mental Clarity Not Experienced in a Decade) - Recipe
Tumeric has so many medicinal properties that pharmaceutical companies are fabricating molecule after molecule that is very similar the the Indian tubular root. A simple Google of 'Tumeric Healing properties' will send you on a long list of websites.

I want to add that I am experiencing mental clarity from taking it in healthy doses I have not had in at least a decade.

- Heightened sense of smell
- Heightened sense of mental clarity
- Increased mental focus / recall
- Increased emotions / excitement

And here is the recipe.

1lb of chocolate
1/2 lb of tumeric

- Note to get tumeric in these quantities CHEAP go to a restaurant supply store. I went to Real Canadian Wholesalers - they have 10lb bag of tumeric for $14. To buy Tumeric at Walmart is prohibitive (200mg / $6)..

1 blender / boiling water.

Simply put the 1 lb of chocolate in the blender and add boiling water until it purees. Alternately you can simply do the same on the stove in a pot.

Add the 1/2 lb of Tumeric blend and pour into muffin paper cups.

Let sit until hardened. Take one a day.

Note : This 'healing chocolate' will taste absolutely horrific - but like Buckley's it will work. To get it down I suggest simply placing the entire serving in mouth and washing down with water or orange juice.
- You may initially experience bowel discomfort as the initial batches of Tumeric pass.

Tumeric has incredible healing properties, and is especially potent in reversing alzheimer's or the precursors of it (rigid thinking, black white thinking, lack of emotion etc).

Anyways please feel free to copy this recipe and send everywhere.

Tumeric being used for anti-aging

[link to www.youtube.com]

Tumeric as potent as exercise in preventing aging etc.

[link to www.endalldisease.com]

blah blah blah I will not go farther about it's benefits.

Remeber a sprinkle will probably not do you much. You need to get up into the tablespoon range a day to see real benefits in your body. Consider the recipe above, or maybe you have some other methods of eating it.

I would also caution that eating it uncooked as possible is probably wisest as one does not want to destroy the molecular structure of the healing compounds in it.

Better to mix it with your Nutribullet brew each day.
It won't taste bad then.

Well when I did my batch I did not add enough water so it was congealed - however my blender was already full so there was no option but to go with it.

I used a tablespoon and simply clumped the mixture into the muffin cups.

I figure I have about 30 large muffin servings, that I am only going take 1/2 a day of - so about 60 days worth.

But I am going to say up front - it's going to taste absolutely horrific. The best is simply place it on the tongue and shoot it down with a bunch of orange juice quickly.

I don't know if that much tumeric can be masked in a brew, let me know if you can get it to work.

For me the objective was to simply get lots of it down every day, and I definitely noticed large results by the next morning.

Not really, it has no curry smell. It doesn't come out your pores like curry does IMHO. At least from my observation.

A little secret - it is GREAT for getting teeth white. Dentists probably are not fond of this information getting out. Forget all the teeth strips and stuff. Simply go buy a hard bristle toothbrush and brush with it.

The tooth brush will turn yellow, but your teeth are almost instantly white.

If you add banana it will cover up the tumeric and/or work with it.
It's just a matter of finding the right combo.

Juicing gives ya lots of goodies that tumeric alone cannot.

Absolutely - about juicing my X's old man was 63, looking about 45, he would go pick Kolrabi, Cabbage, all kinds of vegetables, and blend them and drink the concoction. This man was a master of youth it was stunning - he was also a master of research and learning.

He used to take a bunch of tea bags put in a 1/2 gallon of water and let sit on the fridge for about 2 months. There would be this almost layer of fat gel that would form on the top. Taking a straw and poking it through the gel he would drink the concoction - apparently having like 15 types of pro-biotics as opposed to the couple we get from yogurt and pills.

He fell out of a pine tree from 40 ft he had scaled (63 years old), and unfortunately died.

How many 63 year old's climb 40 ft up a pine tree. How many of any people can do that?

I currently concoct a blend of the following (which I got from here, GLP, a few months ago). The citrus oils are the key ingredient, but a quick google search leads me to believe that adding the tumeric will be a great addition!

1 orange
1 lemon
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
1 cup of greens, ie. spinach
a good dollop of natural honey

Blend all including the peel of the orange and lemons

Cool ~ now I will go get the tumeric and add that in as well!

The orange and lemon peel is amazing for deplaquing arteries, keeping fat down etc, of course the banana is loaded in nutrients as well..

The spinach is loaded in ATP, and purines - the ATP being the energy molecule that everyone needs to even function.

Interesting with the tea, but there could be any number of things growing in that after 2 months time....some good....some bad.
Maybe that is why at 63 he got the idea to go climb a tree.
Seems a bit of common sense was lacking there....no offense. tomato

As for the veggies....yep all good stuff.
Just make sure if you are doing that now you stay clear of the west coast produce.

Man, what a bogus article, there's so much crap on here, wtf, I do mean on the internet, i think.

Tumeric is used as an essential oil in cancer treatment in various countries, it can't be used as, or for, anything else,

Sule, or sure, it has anti-depressidant anti*oxidants, but that's about it, it's also pretty darn good for the blood builing, or boiling circulation of the blood beins, or veins?

I know right, there's nothing wrong with tumeric, but this is just garbage.

And wtf, chocolate? or should i say, chocolat,?
