Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16366306 that's an interesting statement. [link to ees2.geo.rpi.edu] that's a map of all the seismic stations surrounding Toba. notice how the broadband stations cross right through the centre of the caldera, and the short period ones completely cover the whole area? Try finding one of those stations online. Plenty of Yellowstone seismos online. oh, by the way, the Indian ocean tsunami, triggered just off shore of Toba, happened nearly a decade ago. Yellowstone BREATHES. Toba doesn't. |
