Nascent Iodine (take 1-2 drops a day into a drink, also removes heavy metals (flouride etc) and purifies bad water, so good to keep around):

The Potassium Iodide and Iodate have dosages of 2mg though, so you have to have accurate ways to measure doses. I will probably make a thread soon about how to dilute powder and make a solution which is easy to dose out 2mg per drop.

I also got Inositol, Vitamin D3, COQ10, Green Tea extract 50%, among other things off that site.

Start taking supplements poeple! It's not expensive if you buy it in powder form and capsule it up yourself.

As far as I know, it is beneficial as a daily supplement because it flushes the body of harmful substances including:

– Bromine
– Fluoride
– Chlorine
– Mercury
– Lead
– Aluminum
– Cadmium


Which build up in the glands, mainly Thyroid I think.

I did the bromide/fluoride detox with really high levels of iodoral. Made me very sick for a couple weeks - even heart palpitations. Not sure if you will feel ill - but I have for every cleanse I have ever done.

I used 1/2 tsp in 6oz of distilled water and drank it down for the palps. They seemed to happen only at night. Scared me a couple of times but I would take my bp and it ok.

Don't give up. Keep on. I am now on 25 to 50 mg EVERY day and have been for a couple years. My thyroid nodules have shrunk. My thyroid numbers are perfect. I say it is because of the iodoral.
