FEMA has "emergency water storage" now? And a massive fleet of trucks to deliver it? What else haven't we been told?  No matter how diligent you are in keeping on top of things, it seems that there are always more games in motion than you can track. This is how they intend to win, folks... sheer overload. Overload of the economy, of society, and most of all of your MIND. There is always more in the works. You cannot disclaim or delegate that responsibility; it is a function of being a living, breathing "adult" in this world. In other disasters in the past, the problem has been logistics, they have left trucks sitting at holding areas away from the disaster area with the cargo undelivered. In this case, where the do not have to deal with closed highways and streets, the delivery logistics should be pretty simple, even for FEMA. I would guess that a lot of the trucks are not gov issue, but contracted.
