They'll be attacked with tear gas, mace, and sonic weaponry then shortly after arrested. You forget the FEMA camps and the piles of coffins ... but there will be a time where we all have no other choice but show them we don't agree anymore with their rules and that they have to leave or perish. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 2164937 United States 02/01/2014 02:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A little history for you-- The Bonus Army was the popular name of an assemblage of some 43,000 marchers—17,000 World War I veterans, their families, and affiliated groups—who gathered in Washington, D.C., in the spring and summer of 1932 to demand cash-payment redemption of their service certificates. Its organizers called it the Bonus Expeditionary Force to echo the name of World War I's American Expeditionary Force, while the media called it the Bonus March. It was led by Walter W. Waters, a former Army sergeant. ...Attorney General William D. Mitchell ordered the veterans removed from all government property. Washington police met with resistance, shots were fired and two veterans were wounded and later died. Veterans were also shot dead at other locations during the demonstration. President Herbert Hoover then ordered the army to clear the veterans' campsite. Army Chief of Staff General Douglas MacArthur commanded the infantry and cavalry supported by six tanks. The Bonus Army marchers with their wives and children were driven out, and their shelters and belongings burned. [link to en.wikipedia.org] |

The Bonus Army marchers with their wives and children were driven out, and their shelters and belongings burned. [link to en.wikipedia.org] To make the comparison to the current situation to that of the bonus army is to ignore almost every aspect of the context of today's. This country was not in the midst of a perfect storm which is acknowledged by every conservative American alive today, where everyone was educated and aware as to the atrocities in the government. The government was largely trusted back then. There was no instant, real time, communications capability. There were not 10's of millions of military and militia oriented Americans who are chomping at the bit to completely cleanse every politician from government office for treason, after watching an unprecedented military officer purge by a president they think is Satan incarnate. I could go on, but that should be enough. If the constitutional conservatives who occupy DC during American Spring are attacked by federal police forces, you will see DC, nay the entire state of Maryland surrounded by millions of sharpshooters in a weeks time, with logistical supply lines made up of OTR truckers and mom & pop groups from sea to shining sea. Count on it. |
