Quoting: Merlin's Mom I had the opportunity to hear a linguist (former military crypto linguist) speak in SE OK - Scott Nelson. His son was playing an online video of some "Samari speech which was reportedly made by some Sasquatch. He immediately recognized the sounds as a language and has studied it since. Good speaker and quite credible, I thought. But then, I am a believer/knower! I searched for him and found that he now has a website: [link to www.bigfootsounds.com] I was also fascinated to see that under his menu tab, he has a page called "The Nephilim Theory". Several folks have broached that topic on this thread. ***** Well I have preached the gospel and told them of Christ, if that's what they are, and I've also bound any evil that may be associated with them around my place. I take this stuff seriously. I have also given advice to several people in the field to know how to protect themselves. Apparently there are no atheists when one is threatening to attack. In the bible, people often remark that there are two stories as to when God created mankind. The first ones created were essentially animals, they were not spiritual beings as Adam and Eve were. So it's likely these very early humans were just God's animal, a term I heard a native American call them. God cast the ringleaders of the fallen angels into prison and these were the angels in chains that Christ visited. So great was their transgression for what they did on the earth that God does not intend to forgive them. Not only did they just mate with these non-spiritual humans, but they assaulted animals, babies, you name it, and taught humans all kinds of evil. Now in the book of Enoch, God sends their offspring to live in the valleys of the earth, and this is quite interesting for that is exactly where we find the Sasquatch and the Yeti, and I believe the Yowie. The Ohio Valley, the Ottawa valley up in Canada, pretty well all over, all have reports of them as well. God gave them a love for their children and length of life, according to Enoch. If they are the Rephaim though, they will have no part in the resurrection, or the World to Come. I don't know. I take all the Old Testament nonsense with a grain of salt. It is the New Testament that matters. Jesus was trying to change minds in his time. He made few references to the OT and tried to change his own people toward the light, not darkness, and hatred as outlined in the OT. Yet they would not let it go, and so it was the "gentiles" that took his words and perpetuated them through time. Unfortunately, the baggage of the OT was attached to it (by the pagans that took over the early Christian Church and manipulated it) and so the long ills of the world have been mixed up in the new teachings. Don't get me wrong, the OT is an interesting read, but not what one should base their life (or salvation) on, IMO. If Sasquatch are the giants of old, should not they be judged by what they are today, not what their ancestors were? I would hate to have an alien judge me on the behavior of my ancestors centuries or eons ago. ***** The Old Testament is the basis of Christianity, Jesus came to fulfill the Law, not to end it We don't know who or what these creatures are, we are speculating using things we read and know. Christians must be wise, use discernment and test the spirits Like I posted, there's likely more than one kind of them Right. We can speculate on their origin, but that's about all. And from reading all the posts, I think you are right about more than one kind too. That makes sense, as there is more than one kind of canine, one kind of cat, one kind of equine, etc. I think all people, Christian and others, must be wise, use discernment and test the spirits... *********** WaterLily *********** " Do I dare Disturb the universe?" -- T. My mother told me I had a chameleon soul, no moral compass pointing due north, no fixed personality; just an inner indecisiveness that was as wide and as wavering as the ocean... And if I said I didn't plan for it to turn out this way I'd be lying... Because I was born to be the other woman. Who belonged to no one, who belonged to everyone. Who had nothing, who wanted everything, with a fire for every experience and an obsession for freedom that terrified me to the point that I couldn't even talk about it,and pushed me to a nomadic point of madness that both dazzled and dizzied me. |
