The planet appears to turn blue in some frames then goes back to normal. Is this guy suggesting that the entire planet Jupiter which is hundreds of times larger than Earth has physically changed color in a short period of time, then returned to normal? Surely he doesn't believe this. That would make him an idiot.

Mae sure you set the white balance to manual function in future..

Neptune and Uranus appear blue because of methane gas in the atmosphere.

Maybe the loss of bands a few years ago has allowed some methane to rise? IDK, just a guess.

It was not always blue. It was always a sandy color with darker and lighters sandy colored strayations.

Did the atmosphere suddenly change and make it look blue ? What the hell could have changed that nobody noticed but it made Jupiter look blue ?

And the last time I checked space was Empty.

Its an optical problem. The lens is struggling to bring all the wavelengths of colour to the same focal plane. When wavelengths of colour are focussed at different positions of a focal plane, Chromatic Abberation will often cause the faster wavelengths of light (such as blue) to appear visible, especially in high contrast conditions such as when observing Jupiter. As the sensor or lens corrects itself, it varies the focus of light, giving the impression Jupiter is changing colour.
