Eric Holder will seek death penalty for Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

"The mother of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev told ABC News she feels "nothing" after prosecutors announced today they would seek the death penalty for the 20-year-old son.

We should find out today. If he gets the death penalty I will have lost faith in humanity. It is one thing to kill another in self defense if your own life or someone close to you is in danger but when an 'enemy combatant' is contained and facing a life sentence then your life is no longer in danger. No human being deserves the death sentence. I wouldn't want to wish the death sentence on my worst enemy.

Then there is always the possibility of mind control as we now know from the governments own declassified project MK Ultra. This shows us that mind control is a real thing. So there is always the possibility of someone being 'innocent' (innocent as in not being the one at fault where the person or persons doing the mind controlling is at fault). Even someone pleading guilty doesn't prove anything since he or she could be lying for whatever reason. Some people are sick and twisted and lie about being guilty to prove a point, be a martyr etc.

Now I'm not saying Tsarnaev isn't guilty. I think he may be. But due to that very small chance he is not he does not deserve the death sentence.
