This is a disinformation story perpetrated by the Malignant Psychopath.

These creatures have a collective Death Wish for the planet.

The creatures WANT that water for themselves, they don't care if it's the last drop of water on the entire planet.

The creatures have a form of Obsessive Compulsive disorder that leaves them caustically taking, taking, and taking, more, and more, and more for themselves.

With ZERO regard for the long term consequences of their behavior.

A person MUST study the pathology, and vectors of the Psychopath to understand what is happening in the world?

The People get the government they deserve.
 Quoting: StarF

do they? how many laws were on the books before you were born? how many laws have you created? what politician contacted you before they voted for a law? how many politicians even know that you exist?

if you don't obey the laws that you never created, will somebody use force against you for not obeying? if you use force back, will your life ever be the same again? are you prepared for that?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7423823

You're not thinking.

Either through consent or cooperation, all the People deserve what is happening.
 Quoting: StarF

Ha...... well, one of us is not thinking. You have my vote.

Perhaps when you are mugged at the ATM tonight by a guy holding a gun, he will thank you for your cooperation and consent as you turn over your wallet to him.

You crack me up.

They have been drying up the farm land for at least 5 years out here, probible longer. Take the drive from Fresno west to Pismo beach and look at all the empty, unplanted farmland. 10s of Thousands of acres dry to the bone. This didnt happen overnight.

They are forcing people from the rural areas into the jammed up cities just like the agenda says.

Re: Dems In California Take 300 Billion Gallons Or Water Away From Farmers In A Drought, To Protect A Fish...
I grew up on a farm. I've lived most of my adult life on a ranch. It's not just California. Farmers and large cities are emptying rivers, aquifers, and lakes at an alarming rate. So, it's better to let the farmers take it all and dry up large swaths of land and then nobody can live there? Much of the western portion of the US will be screwed in the decades to come if we don't do something about this issue.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45485322

Yo shill I bet you are against this

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 50411108

So the farmers take the water and do what with it?

They grow food.

So who eats the food?

You and your family.

Where does the unused water go?

Back into the soil, the rivers, the sea.

You make it sound like farmers just take that water and throw it away, pipe it into the ocean....

Oh wait! It's the EPA that takes it away from the aquifers and pumps it into the ocean...

Maybe you could write to them??

Re: Dems In California Take 300 Billion Gallons Or Water Away From Farmers In A Drought, To Protect A Fish...
The average California home uses 360 gallons of water a day. You have got to be kidding me! 360 gallons a day? In some areas, such as Sacramento, the average per person rate is 261 gallons! No wonder you are running low on water out there. WTH???

The article below shows where the water is being used in California. Now, I think if you start doing the math, you will find that if you took every drop of the 300 billion gallons of water (while killing the environment it feeds), you would only prolong the farming issue by a short while. The issue is conservation and lack of rain. If you don't get rain (a lot of rain) the farmers are going under anyway.

All you greedy Californians just don't know how to do without and you don't care what and who you hurt to get what you want, either. You need to be a little less worried about the farming and a little more worried about where your next glass of Kool Aid is coming from.

How insane can you get?

We are in the middle of the worst drought in our history, and dems are keeping 300 billion gallons of water from farmers to help protect a little 3 inch long fish in the Delta.

This is insane.

As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I have been in agriculture most of our lives. We've been through floods, we've been through tornadoes. We've had hail wipe us out several times. You farmers out there in the land of plenty aren't used to adversity and think everything should be easy and fall into place. You just don't realize that this is a risk you take with farming. Expecting everyone else to help you out isn't going to happen and killing off rivers, streams, and wetlands (and all the animals which depend on them) just to cover your asses so you can make more money isn't going to happen either.

California isn't the only place our food comes from, you know, even though it will be felt greatly at the store by everyone. But the point is, we aren't going to starve.

I will explain again, this was an issue in 2009, BUT recently the republicans wanted to let the farmers use this water and the dems said no.

So the story as it relates to the drought is new.

Perhaps my viewpoint of California farmers is somewhat skewed. The ones I personally know don't even do half their work - they hire Mexicans. I know that the smaller farmers work their axxes off just like farmers in other parts of the country do. But overall, you have to admit mother nature's fury hasn't hit you in California as hard over the past few decades as farmers in other areas of the country.
