please help me interpret my dream weird as hell!?!

hi guys sorry for bringing this here but i google'd it and got nothing back...basically i just woke up from a power nap and i never ever power nap, i dreamed that i was stabbed in the throat with a sword, i could feel it going in and then being pulled out again, the pain was so real. anyway i was walking down the road bleeding out and i kept seeing old friends of mine and asking them to call for an ambulance but no one could help me and all i keep thinking was "why wont you help me?". i could feel myself dying it was horrid anyway i came across this women the only stranger in the dream she told me to lay down and that she was calling an ambulance i asked her if i was dying she said, no but you have something wrong with your heart and the only way to show you was to make you feel this pain. weird as hell right. i cant tell you how happy i was to wake up it felt so real. i understand what its like to be dying, i was crying thinking about my family never seeing me again, oh man im never power napping again. someone know how to interpret dreams on here can help me out ??
