Administration Mulls Drone Strike Against US Citizen Overseas

(WASHINGTON) -- The White House is in discussions on whether to carry out a drone strike against a U.S. citizen living overseas who officials believe poses a threat to national security.

The U.S. won’t say who the individual is, other than he's an al Qaeda suspect, or reveal any potential plots that would necessitate putting this person on a kill list. He's reportedly well protected in Pakistan, a country that does not officially allow drone strikes.
