My understanding is xe, which is considered among the most reliable of forex sites, takes the average of various exchanges. Unless there is some arbitrage potential, the difference could be down to some exchanges only willing to buy at a certain strike price (i.e. much lower than what is apparently being shown within a localized exchange like mtgox, maybe because they know the goose is cooked). I would not be ignoring the current 350ish being shown on xe. I've been following gox, btce, stamp and xe, seems that xe goes directly off mtgox
