personal love is the common love that everybody knows, it starts nice and smooth then it robs you of your essence and leave you cold and lonely

this is material sensual love where a person satisfy his personal desires, he become dependent on the object of his love and can't find happiness or peace without it.

all books and sciences talk about this kind of love and i think we all know it and should be careful to taste it in homeopathic doses

what is love to you ?

26 years this April, longer then I was alive when we met.

Love is the glue which binds the metaphysical universe to the physical universe.

Love has many forms. It is truly self sacrificing and when it isn't understanding it is accepting.

Love can also be cruel and harsh when it needs to be.

Truth is no one in this world knows what it is. We can try to express it or even manifest it with acts of kindness but these things will never bring true love any justice.

You cannot capture love it simple slips between your fingers. Love in many ways is like a spirit which moves from object to object. From person to person.

I can look at a picture drawn from a child and feel the love transfer and jump off the page.

It is small, transparent and potent.

Love has saved the world more times then you would know.

when you love someone you must not think to much of yourself, for when you do that, you forget about the divine, sacred dimension and drag the person you love down onto the level of your own desires and appetites. love consist in making the sacrifice, in transcending yourself, in doing something noble for the one you love, and the best thing you can do is to link them to the source.

draw close to the one you love, look into their eyes and propel them heavenwards. link them to the divine mother, or to christ, the heavenly father or the holly spirit.

even if you find yourself with someone you don't know, without saying a word, you can try to link them to the source of all light and pray that they may come to understand the new life, pray that they may know peace such as they have never known before.

it is essential that you understand the importance of bonds the importance of binding and loosing. love is what creates bonds, wisdom is what looses them.

Love is my oxygen.

I am blessed beyond any earthly measure to love and be loved. I never truly realized how blessed I was until these last few years.

Truth = Love

It took me most of my life to finally realize that.

When someone lies to you, or spends most of their life spreading lies about others, you run. And never look back.

True love never lies.

Trust is the foundation of all love. Without trust, there can never be love.

If trust is broken, it is usually never fully restored unless God puts it back in place.

Once trust is gone, there can never be love. Which is actually very comforting.... you move on so much quicker if you've been hurt by someone.

I have thought on being "co dependent" as you put it here.

I feel myself so in love with "her", yet just yesterday felt so alone, so lonely without her by my side as has been for so long now.

I wondered on the man I was when i met her, so lost in the world, knowing little more than consumerism, fake smiles and laughter, independence, singularity.

I wonder on the Man I wish to be, to be a Man yet be gentile, loving caring, perhaps needing.

Hard to see how the two could exist one inside the other, shades of grey.

Yet love, is it not both giving and receiving, each as they need so shall they give, I lend her my strength when she needs such, her hers as I.

I find often people love themselves more than even nature itself, I loving nature, give by picking up their litter. Is that not love.

Is pain love, one needs pain as a teacher, a warning, a method of learning, and in such is love.

Please enlighten us, what is love. I seem so lost, it seems all encompassing to me.

from what i know we need to understand that a woman is the representative of the divine feminine or the heavenly mother, and man is the representative of the divine masculine or the divine father

each one of us is a link to these two archetypes.

when you love a person only with your personality you take a little something from their essence and vice versa, which is why you become dependent. think of it as a if you have a container of love particles, sooner or latter it will get empty

when you link yourself to heaven you drink from the source of all sources and so you become like a flowing spring that never dries, because you are calling on your higher self not your personality

and when you achieve this and you are united with your beloved you will be enveloped with heavenly thoughts and feelings that will nurute you and transform your being into a pure body of light.

this makes so much sense, we all have this calling deep inside. we long for love, true love that is the truth that will free us all. not the personal love that enslave us and rob us of our essence.

Love has the ability to change reality, including physical reality - as I have seen manifest, thus creating the most wondrous wonders in the tablet of my heart. Vibrational changes leading the physical towards tapping into that super amazing flow space, the space between perhaps.

this is very interesting because from what i've learned i found that when you are in the presence of evil the only thing that can drive them away is to think about love… like you said its like you rise to a higher level where they can't reach you

Many moments behind, I see where this would have a useful tool and ally.

The demanding self, the destroyer of worlds, and relationships.

For some people it is. When you realize that trust was broken and can never be restored, its really easy to move on. You can hurt someone many ways, but when trust is gone, there is nothing to love or hold on to. The easiest way to get rid of someone is to break their trust in you. From then on its a downward spiral to an eventual feeling of nothing. Not even anger. Its actually a good thing. If you're going to hurt someone, breaking trust will cause them to forget you and move on a lot quicker.

I have deterred many evil people out of my life by simply raising my love frequency. The more I love, the more they stay away. You get what you give in this world. I choose to.love. and in return, I get people that also choose love. The evil hearted ones fade away. They hate the light.
