I don't think Conservatives are overwhelmingly racist. I think they cannot tolerate ideas, beliefs and ways of life other than their own. In fact, in 2014, a Conservative takes no greater pride than in blacks who think like they do.

One only has to look at the Bagger purity tests, the incessant need to only intake information that justifies what they already believe and the gossipy way they day in and day out discover things that are going to smite their foes and put the world right to realize what the deal is.

I "get" what you're saying... but if you give your vote to a third party....even one with legitimate core values, you guarantee that the party with the beliefs furthest from your own may win. This is a fact.

yes my ex husband is trying hard to be a "Libertarian" which makes him a Lib-tard of a different kind altogether! He just won't understand what I'm getting at. A sophomore at the University of South Carolina was shocked recently to find a school textbook presenting as fact the claims that Ronald Reagan was a sexist and that conservatives think people are incapable of charity and those on welfare are "lazy."

The book also claims that rich people find that having poor people around is "useful" because it allows them to have a class of people to "look down on."

The textbook, written by Karen K. Krist-Ashman and used in a course titled "Introduction to Social Work Profession and Social Welfare," was first reported by Campus Reform on February 16.

In one part, Krist-Ashman's text teaches students about "Conservative Extremes in the 1980s and Early 1990s" and claims that Reagan "ascribed to women primarily domestic functions" while refusing to appoint women to important positions during his presidency.

Liberals voted against affirmative action. Liberals also were against the entire civil rights movement. Abraham Lincoln was republican and freed the slaves. What you are missing is that the right wants equal rights for all while the left wants special rights for a select few.

The right wants equal opportunity to for all while the left want special opportunities for their constituents, ie affirmative action.

The right want people to be responsible for themselves and their families, the left doesn't give a crap as long as the recipients of the welfare check keeps voting for the left.

If you see comments on here from a seemingly right wing source that seems "racist" know that you are seeing a wave of disgust and anger which has little to do with race and everything to do with the unfair policies of the left that the "minority" keeps voting for....
