God was speaking to ALL OF US in the first earth Age following the Rebellion at that time.

rather than to simply destroy the entire 1/3 of His children who had followed lucifer He decided to destroy that entire Age and bring forth this second earth Age which then followed in order to allow His children to all be born of the flesh, whereas we'd all been in spiritual (angelic) bodies originally in that first earth Age.

we were to each come thru the flesh one time in order to choose who it was we wished to follow, either lucifer the deceiver or our Father. prior to the onset of this present Age it was discussed with us as we were with Him at that time.

this is why it was also determined that our memories of that first earth Age would be withheld from us once born into flesh bodies, wherefore we could/would be "born innocent" of that prior Age.

Christ didn't need to be born in flesh, none of us had been at that point, that would all follow in the AGE which then followed the former.

You in truth have no idea just how long you've been around, none whatsoever as such has nothing to do with that time you've spent in flesh alone.
