Anonymous Coward User ID: 54706024 Canada 02/22/2014 05:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You don't need the psychic friends network you need to be systematic. Start in one corner of your hovel and work out from there in a sweeping arch. Look in and under everything. Throw what you've already looked at behind you into the area you already covered. Look at every square inch, inside everything big enough to hold it no matter how improbable. And I mean everything, the pockets of jackets, inside other books, under your desk, in your desk behind your desk. You'll find it. In the future, tape it under your desk or to the bottom of a dresser drawer. |

I had looked for ages before this by the way ( about 2 hours). Now with my roommate coming in seeing the chaos of me trying to find the supposedly lost passport. Now they tell me about a month ago they saw it on my desk getting slowly covered by papers that they had moved it to the living room bookshelf where they keep theirs because it's a better spot and won't get lost. So my panic was overdone. Thanks to everyone that had helped and gave awesome suggestions. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 34865635 United States 03/01/2014 03:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Please help! I've lost my passport in my room, and I need it very soon so I can apply for a new visa since my current one is expired. I'm in New Zealand, and have lost my U.S Passport. My room is always filled with clutter on my desks and dressers. So when I lose something, it's quite hard to find. I've checked in my usual spots, and other places it may have gotten. But I can't find it! I found my old expired one, but that won't help! I've tried to make a layout of my room to help... But I don't know how to upload a picture onto here, how do you do that? Anyway, (built in dresser)___ Main Door here___built in closet) (///////////////--------------------------------------) (-----------------------------------------------------) (bedside v)---------------------------(Dresser but v ) (/////////------------------------------//////////////) (table ^)-----------------------------//////////////) (basket v)-----------------------------//////////////) (/////////------------------------------//////////////) (storage ^)-----------------------------//////////////) (BED is v)/////////////-------(Also just storage^) (///////////////////////////--------------------------) (///////////////////////////--------------------------) (///////////////////////////--------------------------) ( placed here^)and ends here)--------( My desk is v ) (bedside v)-------------------------- ////////////////) (////////-----------------------------////////////////) (table ^)---------------------------////////////////) (-------------------------------------////////////////) (------------------------------------( here ^ ) _ WINDOWS ARE ALL HERE and here WINDOWS ARE ALL HERE ) That^ Was my best attempt ^ this and v this connect the sentence and its the space inbetween the object "-" is the floor. "/" this helps to visualize along with the text... I hope that helped somewhat.. I looked in preview and its not lining up perfectly I think you could guess how it should be straight.... But in the mean time, I'll keep searching, but please if anyone can help, that would be amazing. ( btw, I'm 99% sure it's in my room, but there is a very very small chance it may have gone elsewhere in my house. But the last I remember is it in my room) Check the israeli embassy, they usually end up with them from your country. Too soon? |

Before I actually even opened this thread to read inside, I strongly felt that it is indeed under a CHAIR. Look under ALL chairs and in your home, you will find it. Somehow you dropped it while rummaging and looking for something else awhile back. |
