I hate seeing shadow people -_-

This is becoming annoying. These shadow fucks i have been dealing with for years. I have experienced from directly seeing them at night with complete darkness. To seeing them with a little light in the room. Lately been experiencing it in a different way where i will see a actual shadow of something moving like in the other room. I can see out my front door that leads to the living room. Well when i look at out i can see the wall to the side of the door and what i see is a shadow. At first i thought it was someone in my apartment because it moved. But it was very light and just reminded me if someone was standing in the living room. I dont know what the fuck to do. its annoying because it causes me to get up and do a routine check in my apartment lol. I have tried speaking out loud saying "I am not interestd in your presence here. get the fuck out" Nothing works lol. I thought i was crazy when i first seen shadow type figures but it seems to be a popular thing all around the world so i guess i am not alone in this matter.
