Let's a assume for a moment that Mr Nugent's intent was racial.

Why does it matter if he is a racist or not?
If he meant O was a chimpanzee or not?
If he used mongrel in a racist way or not?

Is it a crime to say words? To think things? To have personal opinions?

Does it change the underlying truth of the deeds of "O"?
