when a post is made the board says when that post has been updated, would it be possible to put who made the post?

make sticky threads bold and a different colour (or color ;) )

I'd say theres too much blue on the board, add more grey. Use colour to indicate things.

Reduce the size of the font, or letter spacing. use uppercase more

Maybe lose the borders arround the the welcome and news dialogs and move the welcome dialog to the top right where it says theme:

Chage the bg to a lighter colour, dark grey maybe.
