I'm soooo very tired of this winter. :(
Environment Canada is saying temps will remain colder than normal through March.

I am totally sick of this bitter cold and snow. I am hoping one day all the branches that snapped from the ice storm in December get picked up by the city, our neighborhoods still look destroyed. Even though I have been doing winter activities, I am about to lose it.

That's been the one good thing about all the snow, it covered up a lot of the ice storm carnage.
On a related note, maple syrup season will be late around here.

Our record cold for today is -20F (-29C) back in 1962.
Thankfully it's a balmy 10F (-12C) today.
I'm excited to see more snow fall tonight.
It will be even more fun with the big winds coming.

We've finally had a decent winter. As a northman I fucking love the cold! Ice and snow is the natural home of white people. We are designed for this shit and we flourish in real winter weather. Summer is okay for a short period, but I get really tired of the hot humid days that make you feel like a tired piece of shit. By July I am longing for the winter again where every lungful of air contains three times as much oxygen and my metabolism gets to run at full speed.
