Or maybe, just maybe they have a window or a nearby patio door open? Also, you do see that they are several stories up, right?
Explain the vibration in the lights during 16-22 sec if not being shot through a window.

You mean the big bright flashes happening at random points over a large area? You do see that, right? But just for fun, and I know you won't do it, pick one of these points in the sky and track it's luminosity/duration to a point on the ground. EVERY appearing and disappearing light coincides with a flash on the ground. No need to make anything up. It's all in the video. Stop being so desperate to believe. You are throwing all objectivity out the window.
