...There is no shaking window.  Quoting: Useless Cookie Eater 17-22 seconds. Notice the light in the air with a bit of a shake yet nothing else in frame exhibits this behavior? That's a reflection jumping around due to a shaking window. You can deny it all you want, but this happens at multiple times in the video. Unless you have a simpler explanation? I do see what you are saying.... BUT.... 1) UFO's are known to have a history of "jumping" or "shimmying" as they move. It has to do with time displacement and how they travel. There are many examples of this in MUFON / UFO historical records. 2) You would not hear birds that clearly without the window / door open.....THEREFORE is NOT a reflection of light in the glass even in the timeframe you stated. . 1. Are you effing kidding me? Now UFOs behave exactly as they would if a reflection is being distorted by a window? Unreal that you can be this detached from objectivity. 2. Again, without knowing the layout to the building there is no point to go on about this. If he is outside, then he is behind a piece of glass. Perhaps a sheet of safety glass on his balcony. That is, if he even has a balcony. I gave you two legit reasons....and you act as if they are not.  So....are you effing kidding ME???? I suggest you do some reading on UFO's and their movements....and also you should try testing / listening to outside birds with your own windows open versus closed. You will then become enlightened.
