Yes, thanks for your enlightenment. Now when I see a reflection shake in a window I can just assume it is a UFO shimmering in and out of this dimension. Because that is the most plausible answer, correct?

However, he is clearly shooting through a pane of glass. Most likely safety glass which is common on higher up balconies. And if not, it still doesn't discount a typical lens flare. The balconys don't have panes of glass...and you still conveniently keep ignoring the sound level of the birds which confirms.....NO GLASS.  You can't say with any degree of certainty that it has no glass, just as I can't say that it 100% does. We don't know what building it is. Simple as that. Not sure how the sound level would discount a 4-6ft tall piece of glass with an exposed upper portion though. I'm not saying the balcony is enclosed. Just that there is a piece of glass in front of the camera, as is evidenced multiple times in the video.
