...There was no window to reflect from. You seem to like to ignore the fact of the birds chirping on a level only possible with an open window or door. Therefore NOTHING TO REFLECT OFF OF.  Quoting: Useless Cookie Eater The description in the video states that he was on his 34th floor balcony, so I will digress on the point of him being inside. However, he is clearly shooting through a pane of glass. Most likely safety glass which is common on higher up balconies. And if not, it still doesn't discount a typical lens flare. The balconys don't have panes of glass...and you still conveniently keep ignoring the sound level of the birds which confirms.....NO GLASS.  just as I can't say that it 100% does. We don't know what building it is. Simple as that. Not sure how the sound level would discount a 4-6ft tall piece of glass with an exposed upper portion though. I'm not saying the balcony is enclosed. Just that there is a piece of glass in front of the camera, as is evidenced multiple times in the video. I am going to say with A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF CERTAINTY that because of the bird noise sound level.... THE VIDEO WAS SHOT IN OPEN AIR, OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY.
As for putting this to bed once and for all though....someone could find out what building it was shot from and confirm that they are OPEN AIR balconies in the building. That will end ALL debate on that subject. Shouldn't be too hard for some GLP sleuth.
