I am going to say with A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF CERTAINTY that because of the bird noise sound level.... THE VIDEO WAS SHOT IN OPEN AIR, OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY.
As for putting this to bed once and for all though....someone could find out what building it was shot from and confirm that they are OPEN AIR balconies in the building. That will end ALL debate on that subject. Shouldn't be too hard for some GLP sleuth.  The lighting on the building to the right is unique in Dallas. It could be the Renaissance Tower. In any case if someone whats to they can find it. I just found this............ "It was taken from my balcony on the 34th floor of a building in Fort Worth." [ link to www.youtube.com] OK...so how many 34 story buildings are there in Ft Worth? Can't be too many....and how many if ANY of them have glassed in balconies? NONE. [ link to en.wikipedia.org] NO GLASS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA IN THE VIDEO.
I REST MY CASE(pats self on back)  I wouldn't go breaking your arm patting yourself on the back just yet.
First off all "Taken from the 34th floor" does not equal "taken from a 34 story building". So you need to take into account anything OVER 34 stories.So at your link we have a potential candidate being the Fort Worth Tower with balconies. Problem with that building is that the other tall building in the video doesn't exist next to it in photos/satellite shots. And even if it did exist, to say that they don't have any "glassed in" balconies is only half true. They clearly have a safety partition made out of...wait for it...GLASS! Is it really that unthinkable that you would set up a tripod behind clean glass, sit down on a lawn chair and take it all in without having to stand there? But that's a moot point, because that is not the building this video was taken from. The only other potential candidates have no exposed balconies, but we don't know if an enclosed balcony exists. It very well could. May want to reopen the case, Sherlock. 1) This list of buildings 34 stories and higher is on the the WIKI link. OPEN YOUR EYES .....that might help.  2) The YouTube poster states he was on the 34 floor balcony. ...and AGAIN....as the WIKI link shows (permissible use for viewing buildings) THERE ARE NONE WITH GLASSED IN BALCONIES 34 FLOORS OR MORE. THERE WAS NO GLASS.GAME OVER. CASE CLOSED. GIVE IT UP. YOU LOST.
