I wouldn't go breaking your arm patting yourself on the back just yet.
First off all "Taken from the 34th floor" does not equal "taken from a 34 story building". So you need to take into account anything OVER 34 stories.
So at your link we have a potential candidate being the Fort Worth Tower with balconies. Problem with that building is that the other tall building in the video doesn't exist next to it in photos/satellite shots.
And even if it did exist, to say that they don't have any "glassed in" balconies is only half true. They clearly have a safety partition made out of...wait for it...GLASS! Is it really that unthinkable that you would set up a tripod behind clean glass, sit down on a lawn chair and take it all in without having to stand there?
But that's a moot point, because that is not the building this video was taken from. The only other potential candidates have no exposed balconies, but we don't know if an enclosed balcony exists. It very well could.
May want to reopen the case, Sherlock.

With the exception of the Fort Worth tower, there are no buildings 34+ stories high that have exposed balconies. FW Tower is not a candidate as it has no 34+ story building next door. That leads to one of two conclusions: 1. It was taken from an enclosed balcony with the windows wide open Or 2. The person who posted the video lied about his whereabouts. Think these things through before posting. You aren't doing yourself any favors. Bingo! Fort Worth tower.You are a bit slow boy....but you eventually figure it out. I mentioned the Fort Worth Tower in my first post after the wiki page. After seeing a recent skyline pic of the city, I would agree that it is most likely the FWT. But as I said in my first post about that tower, it CLEARLY has a glass partition on the balcony going up at least 4 feet. That is 100% undeniable. The artifacts in the video suggests the tripod was below the glass. And now that we have another piece of glass behind us, it will mirror things onto the balcony glass giving us EXACTLY what we see in the video.
