Mixed on this one.

On the one hand, OP has given a large gift to those interested in this kind of thing. There can never be too much kindness in the world.

On the other hand, it is worth knowing what this collection of texts is going to allow someone to demonstrate empirically. Otherwise, there's the risk of just accepting all manner of unverifiable assertions and ending up deluded.

Astral projection is a good place to start. The first task is to separate it from a mere lucid dream, which is what the vast majority of scientists consider the experience of astral projection to be. One way to distinguish it from a lucid dream is to try to acquire some extrasensory knowledge pertaining to the world around us: Have someone write a 12-digit number on a piece of paper and place it out of sight. You could even have a computer/calculator generate a random number while you're not looking. Then astral project and try to determine the number.

This isn't a challenge to the OP to convince *us* of anything. It's a challenge to everyone who gets involved in this stuff to convince *themselves* and not fall prey to delusions.

To add: I used to badger claimants to take the Randi test or visit a scientific lab, but as a matter of conscience, I can no longer recommend someone go public with a paranormal ability. He or she would never again have a moment of peace, especially not when it comes to the military-industrial-intelligence apparatus.

But this means you need to supply your own skepticism and scientific rigor, and that can be very difficult. I think the 12-number test I proposed is more than good enough for someone to test themselves for themselves, especially if it's done repeatedly.
