Diet! What book is the best to learn about what food to eat or not eat to help with gland activation? I am torn and want some esoteric knowledge as it relates to aiding in become a solar wo/man.

I have read hundreds of books as these but I missed some of these authors you mention. I have already been through 2 of Hilton's books in the last 2 days... Freaking fabulous. Another that I recommend is Franz Barron, Initiation into Hermetics (and companion books). Proper mind and psychological strength is a must! All the very best to you my friend... Thanks for the recommendation and support! If you need any good recommendations just check folders 1 and 2 in the mega cloud. Those are all the best books. I have them sorted into folders of increasing profundity. There are also a couple thousand books still on the way. Just gotta convert them but seem to be having a little trouble doing so. But I already figured out the issue, so theyll be coming soon.
