Read some days ago, [link to issuu.com]

Prolly the best nutrition book ive ever read, its beautiful. This man in 1922 published this book, some days later he is aleged to have fallen suffering a basal fracture while walking on the street alone, a heavy impact on the back of the head. No need for modern cancer weapons, old school stuff. I couldnt stop reading this book once i started it, i rarely read full books, prefering things like this forum where you can see a lot of views on different topics resumed.

Then out of curiosity i continued with more recent research, and read the "80 10 10 diet" by Dr. Douglas N Graham

Being a lean man used to eat a pretty healthy omnivore diet, i started to follow it cold turkey. Both books resonated so profundly with my intuition and logic that doing other would mean wasted time. Been animal protein free for the last 4 days, only fruits and greens. First things im noticing, improved bowel movements, healthier stools, more energy, less need of sleep, getting up with more energy, feeling some kind of minimal electric buzz throught the body i only remember having felt before as a kid, and the list could go on. I didnt even got one serious cold this year, just some sore throat, and with that i mean that i already did a lot of things to stay healthy, im not doing this because i have some important issues, but knewed that there had to be some way to be healthier, while being more simple than the constant research of the last "superfoods" and the like.

Nutrition and health are so related and after 10 years of research, i think ive finally found the holy grail of nutrition.

Much thanks for the link to that site to OP!

Incorporate some shilajit and jing builder and youll see all sorts of improvements both physically and mentally. I highly advise looking in to it. And are you aware of Dr. Robert Morse? He would be what I consider to be Arnold Ehrets successor. He expands profoundly upon his work.
