To those rushing to 'open the third eye', or 'raise the kundalini', I offer a strong word of caution.

If you open yourself before you're ready, there is a great possibility of causing more harm than good. There are many people sitting in mental hospitals who have awakened the energy, but can't handle it.

This is why much of this information was withheld from the masses, and only given by the teacher or guru once initiation was gained. You must build a moral, physical, and mental foundation before you adopt the higher gifts.
