Don't just listen. Watch how he does not need the teleprompter at all. Obama uses the teleprompter for everything and you can tell. The occasions where Obama does not use it are filled with and, er, yknow (yo) uh, lots of "fillers". Cruz knows his material and speaks eloquently about it.
