The Fellowship of the sun

Darkness is a part of us, don't crush a part of yourself, explore it, there are many treasures there :). Darkness when we go inward, darkness within the womb of the earth where ye spark of things come from. We are light and dark :)

I faced a good few tests and my adversary recently to see what I would choose, was scary but I choose to love him and then realized he was me/an aspect of myself I denied for a very long time :)

I like the feeling of flying ur getting ,sometimes do it but it doesn't interest me much. Oh when in space does anyone else swim :) I know weird but if I'm there I'm doing the breast stroke :)

When I am in space I fly with my thoughts, probably because I am not the best swimmer.
When I was flying on earth is was a bit more like swimming.
I had to feel the charge around me and keep my balance.
Almost like I needed to keep my arms out to hold the charge, and moving your arms would make you move in the air.
If I put my arms by my side I would just drop like a rock.

for a very long time i watched the right hand people fight with the left hand, and i concluded that they are not enemies.. allow me to explain..

the right hand are the healers, they work on growing things into balance. they are also the teachers who give us wisdom and light

the left hand are the destroyers, they are not evil , they are the artists and rebels and their energy can be put to good use. they should be welcomed by the right hand because they are the ones who protect and serve the right hand people.

then there is the wrong side; dissonance chaos, the materialist illusion which tricked both sides into fighting each others.

so if you are light or dark you are welcome everyone can become useful in the fellowship.

i have an exercise for you. when you wake up to see the sun rise, use your visualisation and thought concentration to see yourself go out of your body towards the sun. bath in it and look at you body down on earth, send it love and bliss say to yourself i will help this guy, i will send him all my angels and dwell permanently in him. you are visualising your higher self, and your higher self is rich, perfect and divine.

if you do this exercise or something similar you will establish a bridge between you and and your higher self, and the sun will be the meeting place.

so you see the sun is not another idol of worship, it is a friend and a companion. it love's us no matter what we do and it purify's us.

don't worship the sun just love it, see it as a guide that can show you the way to the creator. join with it in adoration of The Magnificent, for the sun love's the creator and reflect his light, love and wisdom.

the sun is smiling so smile back. show the world the love that you are and shine shine shine

that's why you have to get up really early with the birds and animals, you see they know when to sunbathe.

every morning we have a chance to see the sun rise, it is at that time that it is most beneficial.

i have more meditations, i'll add them every now and then.

I'd rather go to the Vatican.
I can tan and look at the sun while doing other important things.
No point in worshipping and making a religion out of it.

i want to talk to you about the power of thought. because thanks to your imagination and thought projection, you will travel across the universe.

thoughts are living entities, in reality you you are not alone you are populated by millions of cells that are conscious and take you as their model

so thoughts are living entities that have a shape and a colour.

when you think of the sun try holding on to the visualisation for a minute or two or three

anyone with a bit of experience in the realm of thought know how hard it is to hold on to an idea for five minutes... so try to concentrate on the sun and go there with your thought. remember that energy flows where attention goes so if you can think it you are already there.

the sun is the gateway the physical link, the medium through which we can be united with the creator.

there are enough religions in the world so its not like we are adding one.

sun gazing is more like a yoga, so many exercises can be done in the realm of thought when we look at the sun.

Even a dung beetle navigates a ball of dung following the sun. And it is good in the eyes of God.

Why do I need the sun to access God? Did cavemen have wifi? How did they get the message to come out of the cave?

the sun is the centre of the solar system, everything roam harmoniously around it in perfect rhythmic coordination.

it is there to show us that we have our own inner centre, that we must find and seek it everyday. when we do that, our cells, all our thoughts and feeling start to roam harmoniously around this centre which is our higher self, the spirit given to us by the creator.

the sun points the way, it is not the destination.

all meditations that we do with the sun can be done in your room, subway, dentist office anywhere really, all you need to do is think of the sun because as long as we are alive it is there to guide us.

good day fellows the sun is shining like usual and its flooding us with life, warmth and light. take a moment to be grateful to the creator of heaven and earth for giving us such a blessing to witness everyday.

today i want to share with you a visualisation

its a seven bead rosary and its very simple

first think of yourself as the first bead visualise the ocean of light in which you are bathing eternally, see the currents of love, wisdom and truth penetrate your being and vitalising your core.

then think of you father and see the same visual

then the mayor of your town

the president or king of your land

our dear planet earth

the smiling sun

and the creator

make the connection to make it go full cycle.

the rosary is complete

now imagine if we all take 5 minutes at 12 pm to exchange love light and wisdom with those seven beings what the result would be.

its unfortunate that in this day and age the power of thought is not yet recognised. still we are hear to shed some light in the darkness, and we are many

you can use the power and splendour of the sun for your advantage by repeating this formula

as the sun rises over this world, so may the sun of truth, freedom, immortality and eternity, rise in my spirit.

as the sun rises above the world, so may the sun of love and immensity rise in my soul.

as the sun rises above the work, so may the sun of intelligence, light and wisdom rise in my intellect.

as the sun rises above the world, so may the sun of gentleness, kindness, joy, happiness and purity rise in my heart.

as this luminous, radiant sun rises over the world, so may the sun of strength, power, force, dynamic energy and activity rise in my will.

and as this luminous, radiant, living sun rises over the world, so may the sun of health, vitality and vigour rise in my body.

amen so be it, for the kingdom of the creator and his righteousness.

amen so be it for the glory of the magnificent.

your welcome. the living sun is there to show us that we have our own centre, the spirit triumphant. all we need to do is quiet down our impulses and desire to hear it guiding us home.

good day fellows, what a beautiful sunrise it was this morning. it was sublime

i was meditating on how it gives us warmth light and life all the time and how its the gateway to the creator and a feeling of bliss rushed trough me.

how lucky we are to witness such splendour everyday.
