Make sure it has real meat in it. ...and look for the highest FAT contents. Forget your waistline... you are going to need HIGH FATS to counter your stress and your expended caloric burn.

Repeat that for the folks of Katrina, especially the elderly and those left to die in the homes.

2 weeks ago I was selling buckeyes for 3.79kg, next week 5.69. I called all my customers yesterday about this and emailed them the news links.

You know where this is headed, everyone will buy poultry, now supply and demand kick in, that commodity will go up. I know my shit.

I used the Ova Easy eggs and my family could not notice anything except that "I did a good job on the eggs".

These are the best eggs I have every cooked with or had. I am a chef by the way. I know my eggs.

I shop at The Ready Store. They have great sales! I have prepared a lot of the items and have found them great. A favorite of ours is the Freeze dried peas. I put water in the pouch and fold the laundry...then enjoy the freshest little veg in the world. Gotta try them to believe it.

I've got several ponds on my farm and a 7 acre lake. Also many deer, hog, etc... That's my food prep.

This is true.Very tiny servings and you need to add it to your diet now so your system can get use to it.
If you just start eating in when you run out of the food you normally eat you will end up very sick.It usually gives you the shits until you can adjust to it.Thats the last thing you need when the time comes.I don't buy this type of food.I buy what we normally eat.Plus you need lots of water to use it.A lot of people dont have that kind of water supply and will have to conserve.Buy whats easy to fix.Rice and beans eyc will get old quick like if you stuck eating it for a long time.

I would wager that the price of all foods will go up faster and higher than the interest on your savings account.

If we have a major "event" your money in the bank will disappear. The food under the bed will still be there.

There are lots of ways to justify your spending. The price of one pack of cigs will pay for a five lb. sack of rice AND a canister of salt. Tomorrows cigs will pay for 10 lbs. of vinyl wrapped ww flour.

You may not have $2,500. bucks all at once but little by little you can put away great groceries that have great expiration dates.

Make exchanges in your daily living.

Movies, new devices, new phones, new clothes, new cars, new furniture, fancy make-up, toys that are just a waste of money and going out for dinner.

You have the power...control it.

If you look at the meats and they show 6 beef stuffed peppers. Just remember that one packet that serves four people wont even fill one of those peppers.

Yes it is.You think you are getting a lot more than you really are.They charge an outrageous price for the amount you get too.

And I have tried all of their products. Some taste good others don't but you are right if one is hungry it will be good. If they say it's four meals figure it will be two at the most.

If you can buy more.

Change where you purchase....get variety of vendors...not just one.

Stock up on FATS....coconut oil, olive oil. You will absolutely have to have fats.

Eating just rice and beans ...you will starve to death.

You must have FATS for your brain to work...and to produce fuel for body heat.
