Find a used book store or thrift shop

Find a used book store or thrift shop and frequent it often for books. I am collecting all kinds of survival books, gardening, and medical books for when tshtf and the net is down.

Today I got a steal on "The Earth Changes Survival Handbook" for three dollars. I will probably read it tonight, and flag all important information. Last year I got "Where There Is No Doctor" for three dollars. I tried to get "When There Is No Dentist", but it is not avaliable in book form (I have it on cd). Last week I got a Merck Manual published in 1975 for eight dollars, also noticed in the foreward that it had been re-written, I wonder why?

Everyone in my family thinks I am paranoid, not paranoid just well informed thanks to the net.

I am an avid reader and I can not remember all of the important stuff, so the next best thing would be to have some good books on hand. I agree with theADONIS, "poof it is all going to be gone"!!
